% chance of Flame fist dot not shown on spell

    I consider the lack of data of "chance" to be a bug.

    Title: Flickering Flame fist
    Reproduction Rate:apr 50%
    Blocker? No
    Details: Cast Flame fist on a gust ball, target dummy, other player or npc and always do initial damage but about 1/2 of the time fail to apply a dot. But, never truly know what % chance you have of applying a dot.
