Chancellor Notus missing in Xenos

I looked for two hours all over the pilgrimms place and did not find notus, is he taken out of the game?
Following the pictures of him he should hang out at the pilgrims forum in front of one of the two seals but there is no trace of him.

Heya @Pounce please use the ingame bugreport or chat /bug and paste the system clipboard in here so the devs get more debuginfo, like the location where you have been and not seeing Notus
you can do this again at the location where you think Notuis should have been

 

I would but not at an computer that can stomach ressource hog sota and will be some time before i slog back to xeno again (20 min one way with devs <should> be well aware of npc loc is not my idea of fun.)
