    1. Title: Changing channel formats text to lower case.
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker: No.
    4. Details: Changing the channel to send text that's already typed out reformats it to lowercase.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Type a sentence with upper and lower case and then switch the channel using the /z, /l etc commands and notice the sentence is now all lowercase.
