Chaos bolt sometimes grey out in the combat and cannot be used

    Title: Chaos bolt sometimes grey out in the combat and cannot be used
    Reproduction Rate: Unknown. But it occur in yesterday too
    Blocker?
    Details: Keep on casting chaos bolt and other spell on enemies and looting their corpse may sometime grey out the glyph. Then I cannot cast it again even I have enough reagent and having valid target
    Steps to Reproduce:
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 7 (6.1.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2500 CPU @ 3.30GHz (4) System RAM: 32715
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950 GPU RAM: 1960
    SotA.Win.64.896.Date.01.25.19
    Area: LostVale
    Area Display Name: Lost Vale
    Loc: (-886.4, 61.1, 146.3)
