Charge lock glyph doesn't register mouse release

    Title:Charge lock glyph doesn't register mouse release
    Reproduction Rate: 40%
    Blocker? Probably not.

    Details: When clicking on the combat glyphs, it will register the mouse-down, but not the mouse up. This results in the glyph charging, but never actually casting.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. get in combat
    2. use mouse to click on glyphs.

    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz (8) System RAM: 16313
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 GPU RAM: 4060
