Charge SKill: stun x2

    Details:
    2 issues with the fix to Charge:

    1) The tool tip for the skill lists stun twice
    60% stun for 3 seconds
    60% stun for 3 seconds (This one was probably supposed to be: 60% knockdown for 3 seconds)

    2) Adding a stun on top of the knockdown doesn't do anything. They are getting stunned and knocked down for the same 3 seconds so the net effect is the same as just knocking them down for 3 seconds. Actually, its worse, because they are getting the 20% immunity twice (once for the knockdown effect and once for the stun effect).

    It would probably be better to just make it a knockdown OR a stun and fix the tool tip and skill description to indicate whatever effect you decide on.

    PS The Charge damage change is working great! :)
