Have you tried it with Healing Touch? I have never seen an improvement in the amount healed stacking it 3 times over and over, it's the same as casting once. Just curious...

The benefit you get from stacking hasn't changed. I've never felt that stacking Healing Touch provided much of a bonus, and it still doesn't.

wonder what the benefits if any, is using the unlocked glyphs now . I mainly used unlock for stacking ... Why bother now then?

Is it really such an issue though?

[edit] I suppose that having multiple stacked glyphs ready to go ahead of time is the benefit of an unlocked deck.

The drawback of stacking locked glyphs, by holding downthe key, is the extended cooldown (Heat system) before you can use the skill again. Otherwise it seems to act like a stacked unlocked glyph: focus costs decrease as the locked glyph is stacked, benefits are increased equivalent to the unlocked stack glyph size, etc.

My only issue is with the amount of heat generated. The heat system wasn't changed to compensate for the stacking. So if you want to take the extra focus costs, you can fire off a 5stack, cooldown, a 4 stack, cooldown, etc in succession. This is something you can't do with unlocked glyphs.

Just like unlocked glyphs, as soon as a glyph is added to a stack, it starts to cool down (internally). This is why more of the same glyphs can immediately popup after using a 5 stack from an unlocked deck.

With unlocked glyphs you can have access to more abilities. This in and of itself is a TREMENDOUS advantage when used correctly that people seem to be overlooking, somehow. With a locked deck I can now make the fewer abilities I use more effective should I so desire. Good change. I can't wait til the 30th.

Yes, good point. You can only do combos with an unlocked deck.

Well, i smell some balance issues there.

Now with a locked deck i can buff my avoid up to easily 90%+ (without shield). let me equip a shield and i have 100%+ Avoid lol :D Clockwork Dragon made even easier now :D
With an unlocked deck i wouldn't even bother, but since the new autostack mechanic made it so easy now... perfect for some buffs.

Other than that i still prefer to have some unlocked slots in my deck, expecially for combos like Hamstring (very powerful Rend version).

Which stacked skill gives you 90% avoid?

If you have 100 in all the avoidance skills, someone with GM or higher Masterwork potency put avoidance on all your gear, and are wearing full plate/plate + bronze bone, then this is what you get.
