Citizen Village Home Bug: interior decoration placement mask

The green-roofed Citizen Village Home has a non-trivial decoration-placement issue along the middle of rear interior wall, on the floor. Looking at the published floorplan for this house online it looks like there's a mismatch in layout between expectations and the plain in-game floor plan, especially the rear interior wall.

Impact: decoration items placed onto the floor midway along the rear interior wall of the Citizen Village Home seem to all be forced to sink 50% through the floor, and are allowed to pass clear through the rear wall too. Makes placing tables and chairs very difficult.
