Client freeze when starting up in Aldhaven or Braemer

    Title: Client freeze when starting up in Aldhaven or Braemer
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker?no
    Details:Client freezes while "Equiping Avatars" when starting up in Aldhaven or Braemer. This does not happen when starting on world map. I am not sure if it happens in other towns yet. This also happens many times when I try recalling to Aldhaven.
    Steps to Reproduce: exit game after going into Aldhaven or Braemer. Start game up and try to resume.
