Cloak cuts through body on Overworld map

4. Details: When on the Overworld map, my Ancestor's Cloak cuts through my avatar at the waist. The cloak goes down my back as normal, but then at the waste the cloak turns 90 degrees and goes through my body and pokes out the front and then hangs down the front of my legs like an apron.
5. Steps to Reproduce: Wear ancestor's cloak, zone into overworld map. Every time I zone into the Overworld map the cloak is cutting through my avatar.

Thank you @Selene . Since my last post above I've also seen the same problem occur in adventure scenes, but not often. Seems to happen everytime I load the overland map though.
