    Details:With cloth simulation it seems there is an issue with cloaks on certain height characters where there is an invisible gap between torso and hips the cloaks can slide through and get stuck
    Steps to Reproduce:make medium to short person with cloak on with high graphics setting. Then wobble around and you will see cloak get stuck. Some times you have to hop around to get it unstuck.
