Cloned Items from character sheet

I would like first to explain that this bug was captured (Created and then recreated) by 2 people as it would never have occurred with just one person. Also the person who found this out with me helped to recreate it too. If there is any incentives given for this both of us should receive them. The other party who participated in this is: Razalon Nolazar and deserves as much credit as I. This would be a whopper of an exploit in the game but would really cause the most havoc in PvP.

Details:
Character A removes items directly from character sheet and drops directly to character B opening trade window. Both characters accept trade. Character B receives the item into inventory but character A still has the item equipped and on the character sheet. Character A can not remove the duped item from character sheet but is able to use the item until they rezone or load into a new scene.
