co-owner problem

    I am a co-owner with another player on a row house in a POT ....problem is that although I am a c0-owner I cannot open various box in the house even though I they say they are co-owner eligible (Private) . I tried changing everything around on the setting but it wont let me open the boxes... I don't know if this is a bug or just bad settings ....HELP!!

    Its the setting. The other player placed it as Private. Since both of you are co-owners (same level), you cannot access his box. The owner of the lot can open it though.
