combat traning scaling and focus costs

    the pet level scaling is causing the focus costs of a summoned pet to climb threw the roof. im not even pet spec and ive got almost 500 focus drain on my pet. the skill combat training + any buffs or gear with buffs that cause creature level scales this number includes as well as the 3 day taming buff.
