Title: Combination of "Rain" and "Maximum" Shadows hangs my system
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? Noish
    Details:
    • If I have "Shadows" set to "Maximum", my app-session enters an unending "Max CPU" state upon entering a scene where it is raining

    • Restarting the application and then turning off the "Shadows" corrected the issue.
    • Waiting until the rain stopped also corrected the issue.

    • I was able to reproduce this issue successfully, over half-a-dozen tests.
    • Possibly related to the other lighting issues being reported ?
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Set your graphics settings to "Beautiful" (which also sets "Shadows" to "Maximum")
    2. Restart your application
      • This one is important, since simply changing the "Shadows" mid-session does not appear to induce the error.
    3. Enter a scene where it is raining
    4. Observe how the application ceases to respond.

If possible, could you include logs from when you crash? The next time this occurs and you close your client, please navigate to your game's directory. In the data folder will be a file labeled "output log." Please send that to us at rromero@portalarium.com.

    Thank you.
