Comet in sky in layer closer than clouds

    Title: Comet in sky in layer closer than clouds

    Details:Move your camera view around and you'll notice the new comet in the sky is in the foreground, not the background. It likely should be between the clouds and the stars, but it currently shows in front of the clouds which makes parallax effects imply its closer than it should be.
    Steps to Reproduce:Look at comet in sky, move camera around to see orientation to other sky objects.
