compass marker clears needed

seeing @Jaesun's write-up on clearing old compass markers reminded me it's been a while since i checked on my outstanding ones. to wit:

middle downs
- resolve mildryd's conflict


highvale outskirts

i had
- ask about first step
- ask about step three
- confirm final step

...but after talking to esmerelda a lot i now have
- get elder frostgeist skull
- get frostgeist hexe core
- collect frostgeist skull

...none of which should be dropping for me again, and i don't want to go try get them for fear of confusing it further.

- back to daddy's girl

- wet work: touch the ice column
i went for the frontal approach when i originally did this, not going the back way through the cave, and so no longer have the ice barrier key as the kobold took it back when i turned in his book


jaanaford
- travel to jaanaford
- return to broken echoes steward


blood river outskirts
- warranted action
the key word warrant gets no response at all


broochash
- bring package to umberjack


brookside
- meet samael in brookside


owl's head
- grand tour: owl's head
i believe this is where i originally finished the quest. does it not clear the last stop?

 

yep, i did all of them as i was writing this up, and didn't report the ones that cleared. (and hey, now i have another complete set of virtue boots...)
