    Title: Compassion shrine does not give +5 tailoring buff (does give dodge)
    Reproduction Rate: Moonglade & Rift's End
    Blocker? no
    Details: Compassion shrine does not give +5 tailoring buff (does give dodge).
    Steps to Reproduce: Stand in front of compassion shrine. Back off. Look at buff.

    Title: Compassion Devotional is not working correctly
    Reproduction Rate: 100% (4 out of 4 times)
    Blocker? No, but can't get the buff that is available.
    Details: I just went to get the Compassion blessing in Virtue Oasis and the buff icon showed only +5 Combat Dodge Modifier (no Tailoring Proficiency bonus). I then replaced that buff icon by walking to several other devotionals and then came back to it and still it only showed the dodge buff. Next, I left the scene to Hidden Vale map and returned, the icon now did not have any tooltip at all. Finally, I exited to menu, then resumed and the dodge buff was there but no tailoring buff. (Note: I was wearing the Thimble of Evelyn - gives +3 Tailoring Proficiency - the first time and I thought that might be an issue so I removed it on second+ attempts).
    Steps to Reproduce: Go to the /loc below, receive the Compassion buff icon, mouse over to read tooltip.

    OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570 CPU @ 3.40GHz (4) System RAM: 16307
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti GPU RAM: 1992
