    Reproduction Rate: unable to reproduce quest sequence

    Details:
    Diego Mas character reset quests and had not completed Solace Bridge Outskirts
    Completed Quest line, received banner of Love, completed crafting quest and wolf quest.
    No Dies or cloak awarded.

    The new cloaks and dyes reward in the Outskirts are awarded separately from other rewards. You have to use the "gear" keyword when talking to the respective outskirts leader (in Solace Bridge Outskirts, that leader is Kinsey in the bivouac).

    Could you say "gear" to Kinsey and let me know if you get that cloak and dye bundle?
