[Submitted 69089] Concussive Canticle Tooltip Does Not Update on Charging

    Title: Concussive Canticle Tooltip has wrong information
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details: When looking at Concussive Canticle's tooltip, it seems like it is giving the information for 5-6 stacks. with my current Focus pool (2081), it says I should do 139-277, meanwhile I do an average of 75 damage, meanwhile when I 6 stack it I do 131+
    All these numbers were tested on a Practice dummy
    Steps to Reproduce: Look at Concussive Canticle's tooltip, mark down damage numbers, fire off a few 1 stacks, compare actual numbers vs tooltip numbers.
