Consolidate Stacks does not work, blocks further access to items

    1. Title: Consolidating Stacks blocks further access to items (turned red)
    2. Reproducible? Yes
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: I moved elements from the bank into a wooden storage chest in my inventory. Multiple stacks of items exist, since the bank keeps them separate by location. I selected "Animal Hide", right-clicked to bring up the context menu, and choose Consolidate Stacks. The item turns RED and nothing further happens. The icon stays red, until relogging the character. Having a red item in the chest blocks any further interaction with the chest, i.e. moving it to the bank or the environment. Changing scene does not resolve the issue.

    i've noticed a number of things affect consolidation including whether the items were stolen or not. seems like an obnoxious way of ensuring we buy more bank space xD
