Constant Network Icon and Pelican Errors

    Details: I'm having trouble getting into game. Sometimes the game won't load at all, and others I can get in but have a constant Network Icon. After a bit it will kick me out with a Pelican Error. All other internet based apps work fine. I was in the Hospitaller chat in Discord and was showing 40-50ms to server. QA Server is giving me the same issue. Also, my friends list is empty.
