    Just as a heads up, this contest was intentionally setup so that you need not be a visual artist nor a poet to win. The point is to have fun, enjoy each other's work and celebrate elves.

    Judging will go like this.
    • Three judges will do the following
      • On a scale of 1-10 each entry will be rated on the picture.
      • On a scale of 1-10 each entry will be rated on the haiku.
      • Ratings are purely subjective and completely at the discretion of the judge.
    • The values will be summed together such that each entry will have a maximum value of 60
    • The one with the highest value wins.
    • I will also mention the top picks in each category based on each judge (without naming the judge).
    Everyone has done great so far, so keep them coming!

    I think the Elven folks on the forum need to bust out their PVP poet/art battle skills. You've been called out! :) I mean this in the most positive way possible. How can more creativity and more entries be a bad thing :)

    I completely agree! There was a rising of elves at one point before they placed those stretch goals upon the wall of that area. It is time to raise that voice again. Elvin community we know you are out there. We know the stretch has been ridiculous! Yet, we can show we shall not be silenced by such things as limits and boundaries of unreachable measure..

    Stand up, be heard, express yourselves! Keep it friendly - at least on the forum. On the field, keep it aggressive and let them know you do it in the name of elves. We shall not go down quietly!

    ~steps off soap box and hands it to the next~

    Couple more days.. lets see those pictures.. lets see those haiku

    Apparently we are not keeping to traditional or any rules.. YaY! So enter! (maybe i read this bit wrong, but who cares enter anyway!)

    So you can not write a haiku - YaY! Celebrate our kin anyway!

    Yes, even the high priestess of chaos is - an elf! A red headed one at that.

    ~laughs~ Funny you should say this. I have always said that "Vulcans are just elves that learned space travel".
    No feelings? Of course we have feelings. Humans just would not understand them. They are highly illogical. :p
