Conversationalist Request: Default mobile behavior

    Just a request to give the option for a conversationalist to STAY, ROAM NEAR, ROAM FAR.

    I now know it's because I am only a co-owner of the property. Therefore I don't get the menu that sets these values.

    There might be a bug, Im the owner of the NPC and the lot, and I always set it to "stay here". Everytime I come back, the dang NPC is on "patrol" like he gets breaks or somethin :mad:
