Conversationalists cannot be placed in Player Owned Towns

I don't know if this is a bug or intended. Currently, conversationalists are ONLY lot placeable, but this limitation is not mentioned in the crown store. I would have assumed these NPC's could be placed in our player owned towns and count against our NPC placed limit?

 

@Anpu, it's deliberate. the conversationalist cannot fully activate if it's not tied to a lot.

 

Good to know. Saved me from wasting my crowns.

 

This isn’t stated on the crown store for the various conversationalists. That possibly should be added?

 

We need to sell "Mini-Lots & Mini Deeds" for POT use There's been some posts about this and there's very good reasons for them to get developed.

Mini-Lots + Mini-Deeds = many sales ~TL~

 

Suggestion for a potential fix. How about creating a mini/micro lot deeds for POT owner use. Non-Taxed, Empty Land. No house placement.

Mini roughly 1/4 of row lot size. Large enough for the tents and some statues to fit on.

Micro roughly 1/12 of row lot size. Large enough for an npc/conversationalist to fit on.

Since its no house, non taxed I don't know if it would still require the stone marker.

Not sure how hard that would be to do but should help POT owners with a lot of current/future placement issues.
