Copper nerf?

    Mining in the Graf Gem Mines, copper spawns are only giving one per at 102 mining skill. Gold works fine giving two or three ores per spawn. Is this how it's supposed to work?

    hmmmm, had someone else tell me the tin drop was way up though, didn't say anything about that though. I have not mined is so long I cant remember if you ever got 2 iron or copper without a matic.

    Copper/Iron do not give more than 1 ore per swing unless the ore node is very low level (100% chance to succeed like what you find in rusty dagger bandit road encounters). Tin however seems to have increased in drop rate by about 10%.

    Have you had a meticulous collection fail to give more than 1 copper ?

    No, meticulous collection works, but only in ones. I have been mining silver and gold, working on the iron ore that I had previously gathered. I don't remember iron being that bad.

    I think this thread may have a few people confused.

    The first time you hit the node it gives you between 1-3. Each meticulous then gives you 1 per.
    From the original post I'm assuming it means the first hit is only giving 1 instead of 1-3? (meticulous shouldn't come into it)

    I have never gotten more than a single copper ore from a node that wasn't a 100% chance to hit. Gold/Silver give 1-3. Graffe mines for instance I will always get 1 copper 2 granite on the first swing with 1-2 tin/tungsten uncommonly.

    Was there yesterday and copper was working fine. Tin which my friend has no problem getting tons of it there was ghost. 29 for every 110 copper??? Tungsten on 19. I'm going back to my old haunt, a lot less copper but way more tin.

    Thanks for the report! I found and fixed a bug in the loot code that caused the issue that you are experiencing. This will be fixed in Release 48.
