Cornucopia: Holiday item chance

I believe that none of the cornucopias are providing the proper holiday non-food item chance as listed in their description.
From Sotawiki:

"The Cornucopia is a unique Horn of Plenty that generates a random edible item or ingredient per day (food, fruit, berries, mushrooms, flour, egg, etc.). During the Fall and holiday seasons there is a percentage chance of other kinds of items being generated"


I have checked with several other players as well, and we have all only received food items. this year.
