Cost of Raw Basic Resources is way out of whack.

    I am sorry but I have been cruising along making ingots and stuff while waiting for scenes to refresh, like the UT player doo between runs.

    And this use of Coal, Curing Salt, Creosote, . . . Is just plain insane.

    I can see using 5 coal to make an ingot but once done do we need to use 5 more to make it copper or wires or . . . . Same with leather and such. I am sorry but since I have not ground out resources like this yet from any new player POV this is just Ludacris.

    No way should I have to spend the amount of gold I have burned to make things I still have to refine more to make anything worth while.

    Also Ingot Molds, that is just plain pathetic.

    Sure this is an old issue but should have also been fixed.

    Will I grind on sure but with all the changes made that just straight up hinder new players this is and should be a simple fix to make life easier.

    would be a huge QOL fix.

    I think the gold sink is necessary, though perhaps not fun.

    A gold sink for what.

    This hurts players who are just looking to start to play

    those with gold could care less and the "Sink" is actually ineffective.

    Just to show how backwards some of this is the one raw material that is the easiest to get and is actually gotten by almost every player, Hides, is the least affected by this. Only 1 Curing salt per conversion?

    Why are ingots so cost prohibitive, not only Coal but also the Mold?

    Sorry again this is new to me but why has it been left soo back donkies

    I'm not fond of the design choices but I'm fairly certain the intent was for the crafters to have most of the sinks so that crafting couldn't be exploited to make piles of profit off the NPCs.. thinking they would make up for it by selling goods to other players and they probably don't see any issue with it as it is.. (apart from it not working well that is.. or in the very least it feels to players like it's not working well)..
