Costs of using the property manager

    So, I changed my house from bramble to etan glen, using the property manager, but I had to pay 6 COTOs for the change. Problem is, changing tje basement from town to town would be another 5 COTOs, but I only have a single item inside that basement. Is there a way to access my basement in bramble without paying?

    Another thing I would like to do is change my claimed lot within the same city - will I have to pay COTOs for that too or only if I change towns?

    Open the Property Manager, right click the slot where you have the basement stored and then click Send to Bank.
    You can move anywhere in the same town for free using the Property Manager.
