Hey how come the coto's you pick up in the instances wont stack with other coto's? Is there a reason?

They have a (tiny) value, you can sell them to an NPC if are wacky.

You can't stack items with no value, and items with a value. Do your two COTO stacks have this discrepancy?

Because the other crowns have zero gold value.

ok, now that makes sense. I never thought to check that. I just viewed coto as its own currency. Thanks for clearing that up.

Its because there are subscription ones which are different then store ones because of the value as the person above noted. :)

Well I actually like it that way as I like to keep apart the Coto's I have found and the Coto's I got differently.
With the current system I do not have to fear to mix them if I put some Coto's into the bank but if they would change it I would need to keep track of the found ones e.g. by writing it down somewhere.

You can't sell the ones you buy in the store or the ones you get from a subscrption to npc merchants. You can sell them to other players though.

You wouldn't want to sell them to npc merchants anyways, cause you can get more for them from players.

The subscription crowns are the same as the ones you buy in the web store. The crowns that are different are the ones you find as loot.

Same reason stacks from different towns require fiddling to get things to stack: they want you to to buy more bank slots.

Use the in-game cotos first when buying from the store (keep all but the exact amount you are spending in your bank), of if you have a stream, use them for give-away cotos.
