Cowbell of Reaping animation bug on Novia map

    1. Title: Cowbell of Reaping animation bug on Novia map
    2. Reproduction Rate:100%
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details:When play Cowbell of Reaping on the Novia map, the animation lasted 5 seconds and stop. Walking around would reset the animation, but when you stand still, the animation stops after 5 seconds.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Play music sheet and don't move around on Novia map.
    6. User Specs: Window 10
