Cowbell of reaping bug

    Sprint = move speed
    Dash = move speed
    Cowbell of reaping = Attack speed
    Sprint and Dash replaced with effect from Cowbell of reaping
    Dash Berserker's Stance replaced with effect from cowbell of reaping
    Dash and Flyrry replaced with effect from cowbell of reaping
    Cowbell of reaping have attack speed but not have move speed
    Fleet Flute have move speed and attack speed and this and it is correct that it replaces one of the effects. But the bell does not have a move speed and it should work as an additional 3 effect.


    Or is it just useless trash like all the artifacts you have done in the game right now (laughter)
