    Any craftable Storefronthouses available?

    Is there a 3story version with second floor open glas front and 3rd floor "privat"?

    The Storefront plus Greenhouse Version is Shop only?

    yes... there is a craftable storefront 2-story row home... no 3 story... and the 2 4-stories are shop only...

    Recipe is sold in Ardoris. Market value I've seen the finished product selling for is about 20,000.

    My Basic Carpentry level is 80.
    I could still use a Bronze Engraved Hammer (+5) and a Expert Station (+5) to learn the recipe.
    But i buyed one of the Houses already crafted from a Player Vendor.

    I don’t think I have that recipe, so I’m not sure, but if you can buy it in Ardoris I would try the carpenter in Sequanna Square. His shop is right near the crafting pavilion. It is a couple of doors down from the blacksmith whose shop is next to the spawn point when you take the Ardoris boat transport to Sequanna Square.
