Craftable Weather machine

I need one of these or a mechanism of a sort that can hold the clockwork umbrellas that I never see getting used.

I would use them for my POT to make it rain more but Players won't just stand around holding these infernal contraptions to help make rain for me.

Sooooo.

How about a recipe for a:

WEATHER MACHINE

100 Mechanical Parts
50 Metals Ingots
20 Clockwork umbrellas

This will make a contraption of whirling gears and such with the umbrellas sticking out of the top of it.

We can open a control panel window and dial in our own rain weather be it no light or heavy storms.

This would be great for POT owners, theatre people to make it rain or not for plays or for that special mad scientist in your life hell bent on taking over the world.
