Crafted Cloth Helms

I am not liking the crafted cloth helms as they are. What happen to the hooded looking ones. The shower cap looking one does not look like something a mage would wear and please can we dye them one day.

 

Instead of asking for the old to replace the new why not have both and a couple more? ^^

 

I'm with you Beli, I really don't like the new look. So much so, I prefer not to wear it at all regardless of the bonuses I'm missing!

 

The standerd cotton ones look like that, try making one out of fustian or caparsian cloth and they have two additioal looks...

 

I would like a keffiyeh.

 

It looks like a water polo cap. Give me back my hooded helm!

 

Mine is made with fustain, still looks like I am going scuba diving or a womens swim meet.

 

Well, the leather ones look just as bad. The one that used to look decent they changed it to look like a leather shower cap as well when worn. *sigh* Bad enough the cloth armor makes me look I've cinched in my boobs(ouch). Can't wait to see if you guys improve the look of things with the upcoming crafting love.

 

I think that it looks so dumb that I wear a pilgrim hat.

[edit] BTW, you can still get the real hood, you just don't get any crafting bonuses with it.

 

some proper robes with proper cloth headware would also be nice

 

Ok, so this thread is nothing without pics...

Here's the point we're trying to make regarding how hideous these things are:

Let's say, you have somebody that's been crowned....

Well, you'd expect them to have a certain look - and our current "crowns" fit the bill quite well....

Sooo... what do we Archers, Mages and Healers get - for all the arrows and spells we rain down on the incoming hordes?

They're currently - the only thing more disgusting - than this headware..... yuck.

And I'm tired of hearing my friends complain about it... so pls fix.

 

They really do look awful. I never liked the hoodie kind, either. That's why I usually wear one of the quest hats.

 

I love the wizard hat in game...I only hope there will be a craftable version of it that actually has decent stats!

 

This is something I forgot to put in my R20 feedback thread. and I agree.

I would also like to be able to dye these caps!
