Crafted foods are not stacking buffs

Details: IIUC you should be able to have two food buffs at once. This works partially: I was able to stack pecan nuts (uncrafted) and sugar cookies(crafted). But when I added another crafted food (Garlic Chicken), it overwrote both of them, leaving only one food buff. Going to another crafted food (Corpion Claw & Tater Salad) again overwrote the previous Garlic Chicken, leaving just one. So this is either bugged or incorrectly documented.
Steps to Reproduce: Cook up some food and give it a try.
