Crafted leather quiver has no boni

    Details:
    if i craft the leather quiver with 2 leather straps and 2 leather i get no boni from the leather straps (2 should give 0,25 combat dodge modifier)

    also no damage resistance like other elite elven archer quiver

    Steps to Reproduce:craft and compare to elite elven archer quiver
