On the crafted Pillory - occasionally the avatar lies down when the Pillory is activated, instead of the normal Pillory animation.

This is about 50% reproducible (I can get reproduce it on short order after a ~10 tries at most), but this occurs if you use mouse look mode, and use "E" to activate the Pillory.

If the animation is working correctly, then I can get the lying down animation to occur after a few number of tries:
- walk a bit away from the pillory
- use mouse mode and "E" to activate again
- within < 10 tries, it will occur again

I have not been able to reproduce it if you use cursor mode, and click with the mouse on the Pillory to activate. So definitely use mouse look mode to reproduce this, not cursor mode.

To remove variables from an earlier R46 bug report, I stripped the avatar naked.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Strip avatar naked
2) Use mouse look mode (not cursor mode)
3) Pan view until crafted Pillory is in center of screen, with green cursor visible
4) Press E to activate Pillory
5) Observe avatar lying down
6) If avatar does not lie down, walk a bit away from the Pillroy, try different angles, and repeat steps 2-4 until the lying down animation occurs
