it's worth noting that all the new-style prts have bank buildings and these all have deco merchants on the second floor. may just be a regional assortment, though.

 

this isn't quite true. there are two quests in owl's head that send you to kingsport alchemists: one for each of them.

Don't know the names but..

Aerie has a cook down below the castle where the other shops are.
Central Brittany has one down by the docks.

 

Been searching for ages for Supple and Hardened leather straps recipes, also for Yard of Supple and Hardened leather recipes. Checked out all locations above but none of vendors didn't sell so much needed recipes.
Please if you know any information about where to find those recipes please post here or just PM me. Your help every appreciated.

Thanks for doing this. I wanted to add that I believe there is a blacksmith NPC in Solania and that is where I purchased my epic platemail recipes. Although this was about a dozen releases ago now so I'm not 100% sure if this is still the case.

 

I fully support and will contribute to this effort... Perhaps link the spreadsheet from the OP and add location data to it?

 

Vendors sell only the how to make the more 'exotic' materials.. but all the recipes for using them (except for perhaps furniture parts?) seem to be drop only at the moment.. yes even straps and bindings

There are several merchants in Brittany Estates. Cook, alchemist, farmer. In the upper section and down further in the zone. Tailor, smith, carpenter in lower section. Book seller too.
