Details: Not Edwin in Soltown this time, but Bledig deCani in Resolute. Completed the quest without errors until the very end. But when I returned to him with the leather helm, instead of getting the quest turn-in window or a conversation dialogue, I immediately received the experience message and the vendor window (although I hadn't clicked buy and had no intention of purchasing). The appropriate text ("this is a very good helm...") did appear in the chat window, but only there, where it can easily be missed if the text is scrolling quickly or the player isn't keeping an eye on chat.
