    1. Reproduction Rate: VERY low rate of exceptional items produced
    2. Blocker? No
    3. Details: Today I attempted to make Copper Necklaces and I have an exceptional chance of 28%. When I made 60 of them I only had 3 exceptional necklaces. There is an issue on this item.
    4. Steps to Reproduce: Made 60 necklaces and one out of 20 are exceptional.
