Crafting table doesn't see ingredients in a bag.

Title: Crafting table doesn't see ingredients in a bag.

Details: I have some of my crafting ingredients organized in bags and the numbers on the recipes don't recognize that they are there. I can still click the recipes and it will properly place the ingredients, however. EDIT: Apparently after crafting one item it displays the numbers correctly.

the sulfurous ash i purchased is not be accepted,so the table will not let me create my potion. Tried to destroy the SA and replace but can't do that either, this was in Ardoris.. I went on tho Soltown and used a homes alchemy lab and all was fine. Made several potions using the Ash

 

I would add to this that if you have an item already in the crafting window, such as an ingot mold, the recipe to the right will show it as 0/1 and greyed out. This does not effect the ability to craft however.
