Crafting UI randomly locks up on "Success".

1. Title: Crafting UI sometimes locks up on "success" message.
2. Reproduction Rate: Less than 5%?

4. Details: This occurred twice today. Both times I was smelting multiple copper ingots in a series and after the first "success" the UI froze on that message. When I say froze, the window is still responsive, I can move it around the screen with my mouse, my toon is still doing the smelting animations in the background, I can fiddle with the ingredients, adjust the quantity values etc, but I cant close the window via the X and the escape key doesn't close the UI, cant advance the UI to craft another ingot etc. To exit the crafting UI, I had to use the exit to menu option and resume gameplay.
5. Steps to Reproduce: Craft a series of copper ingots. This happened twice out of probably 30 crafting attempts today.
6. User Specs: Intel i7 4790K 4Ghz, 32GB Ram, NVIDIA Gefrce 980

This issue occurred to me again today. I was smelting a series of Bronze ingots this time and the UI froze up on a success.
