crash at "connecting" after log in screen

i have a laptop lenovo G51 windows 10 A8 AMD 8 gigs ram and R5 graphics card, i installed the game, when it crashed i uninstalled the game a reinstalled with steam, restarted pc and tried again.. and at log in i put in username and pass and at connecting it crashes... this is what it looks like...

UPDATE: seems NTDLL.DLL is causing the error

 

A few of us that were having the crash at connecting found that if we unchecked the use 64 bit Windows mode in the patcher options it would connect fine.

update: i cant seem to find the patcher because im running it from steam.. any ideas?

thanks so much Laurana because what u said worked!!!! just uncheck 64 bit in the patcher options and it started right up!!! also ty Mata for replying!
