crashing

    I just crashed in solace bridge shooting arrows at the dummy. Logging in and crashed again doing battle in solace bridge.

    Do you by any chance know what skills your were using? Do you have Air's Embrace? Air's Embrace is known to crash when used for this build, and will be fixed with the upcoming patch. :)

    Solace bridge is one of our known issue scenes. We believe we've finally narrowed in on a cause, and will be testing a fix for an upcoming patch.

    i have the same problem... i keep crashing while fighting ... the only skills i use are just the low fire spells (fists and arrows) and a bit of Healing and purify...

    I have crashed 3 times in Solace Bridge after looting zombies.
    Edit:
    I crashed once going to the Isle of Storms after creating a new avatar
    I crashed once trying to resume the game in Solace Bridge after a crash
    Edit.
    I crashed exiting Solace Bridge

    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 16324
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 640 GPU RAM: 3020
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.404.Date.04.27.16
    Area: SolaceBridge
    Loc: (-135.2, 47.4, 9.3)

    LOLO airs embrace is just one of the skills that crashes me .... have to pay attention to what other next time. ty

    Two different crashes for me. Both CTD, but the Airs embrace crash has an error mssg, whereas the other is just a CTD w/no error mssg. game just closes.

    I had heaps of crashes in solace too, helped going to Friends only. Just too many Pings in some scenes right now.

    Also keep crashing randomly, in combat and out of combat.
    Sadly can't give any further details so far, it just happened all of a suddon :p

    Ok, while in combat mode, wasn't fighting at all, i just wanted to test the fall dmg.
    So i go some stairs up, jump down, i see that my health drops to 0 and right after it instant client crash/close.

    Dunno if that helps anything.

    Crashing when dying. Black background in game window then shortly after window closes.
    Happened so far in East perennial trail and eastreach gap.
    Logging back in with resume produces same result.
    Logging back in on World Map is ok.
    Linux client.

    Just a random guess:

    Maybe the crashings have something to do with the "cloned/random" Pets? https://www.shroudoftheavatar.com/forum/index.php?threads/random-pets.49639/

    Had no crash so far with or without my own pets, but as soon i had an "cloned" Pet of another player or of an member in my group i kept crashing 3 or 4 times within about 15 minutes.
    As soon i dismissed the "cloned" Pet i had no crash, for the past hour or so.

    Like i said, it's just a random guess. I doubt everyone had an cloned Pet when he crashed.

    I'm crashing constantly, West Perennial trail, fresh re-install, auto attack archery skills (updated video driver and multiple video modes tried also...same result) crash gives no details...

    Edit... seems to be fixed with latest patch #405

    I am still crashing to desktop on death with blackened window prior to window game window closing after 405 patch.
    East perennial trail.
    Linux client.

    Its only a blocker if I die; but I die a lot :)

    Tons of crashing for me in Solace Bridge and East Perennial Trail. I wasn't using Air's Embrace. I wonder if the Zombie Plague might be an issue since it would be on both these scenes.

    Played several hours last night and then logging in this morning I am crashing every time when the game is loading after I enter my password. Enter, and Resume. My avatar was in Axwich at the time. Tried 3 times and got the same results. Finally attempted to not Resume but to Enter the World Map instead and was able to successfully start the game.

    Edit: However, entering that PRT crashed me again. That's a shame since I am trying to grab my Lot there. :( Also crashed trying to enter Resolute.

    K just crashed logging out when was in over world map. Left the P FOrest.
