Crazy strobe lights from lake in North Naryad Pinelands

I've been seeing some bizarre strobe light effects off the lake in North Naryad Pinelands. It's like a bunch of flash bulbs going off as you move around the lake. I was able to capture one in the image below. There is also some weird graphics artifact you can see coming off the grass in the bottom left of the image.
