Create a "Basic" and "Advanced" Taming Collar

    The taming system is serviceable but not for new players at all.
    If we had a "Basic" taming collar that used copper or iron VS. Silver that could tame up to say a level 49 critter. it would sure help new people get started down that tree.

    You need a collar to tame things. That's only a necklace.

    Taming creatures use taming collars.

    Completely agree. A new player playing our game cannot even start taming at all until they run around and try to find and buy some Taming Collars or try to make them themselves.
