Details: Chest security issue in chapter houses. With Chapter house enabled all members are kindred and all officers are trustee. Each members chest can be set only with security of kindred and they can mark it private however trustee and co-owner can over right private some how which means all members chests can not be set in any fashion to prevent an officer from looting. I will keep playing to see perhaps if tenant needs to be added to protect the property.

Steps to Reproduce:create a guild chapter house. have a member place a chests and make it private. have a trustee or officer in guild open chest and take item which should not happen if marked private.
