    It's been around like forever. In regular mob it's rather a non useful glyph because you will most likely kill the mobs before you get to use it.

    The damage is crappy unless the mob health is under 30% IIRC.

    The 1224 was probably a stack as well. I never stack it but a friend got 1360ish yesterday with a 5- stack.

    Like Roycestein said, it's pretty much an attack against bosses as if a low level mob is below 20% pretty much any attack would kill it... Coup de Grace just overkills it.
