    Title: Ctrl+A & Ctrl+D No Longer Rotates Deco?
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker?: No
    SotA Build: QA 394
    Game Mode: Multi-player
    Details: Ctrl+A and Ctrl+D used to rotate deco 15°. (as opposed to Q and E's 45°.)
    Steps to Reproduce: Place any deco item. Attempt to rotate it using Ctrl+A or D and notice nothing at all happens.
    User Specs: OS: Window 10 Pro (64 bit) v1607
    CPU: Intel Core i7-6700K @ 4.00GHz
    GPU: AMD Radeon RX 480 8GB
    AUDIO DRIVER: Microsoft 7/15/2016 v10.0.14393.0
